Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process

To return an item, please email our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, simply place the item securely in its original packaging along with the original packing slip with the RMA number written on top. Please mail your return to: 803 W 2800 N, Lehi, UT 84043

Return shipping charges will be calculated based on reason for return.
